Deadline Dates:
To enter your event we must have all details by the 4th April.
There are other marketing deadlines after this date (provisionally 25th April) and information regarding these will be in your registration pack.
What are the costs?
The Not Part Of Festival does not charge artists to be involved or take a cut from your tickets. We envision a festival as a sustainable event which gives an opportunity to an eclectic mix of performers and therefore see taking a cut from ticket sales as a barrier to participation.
When putting events on their often are costs associated such as;
- Print marketing
- Venues costs (should you not use a free/ticket split venue from our database)
- Public Liability Insurance
How Do I Get Selected?
We do not pick people to be involved.
Simply contact us with a brief of your event and if you haven’t yet got a home for your act we can send you venues that are available.
What Kind of Events Can be Included?
We are a totally open and inclusive multi-arts festival.
You are the creator and our programme is artist lead.
Do You Need to See My Work?
No. All we ask is that you come to our hub for a cuppa and to sign The Oath – not a pledge to have and to hold, more a confluence of ideals we share with performers in order to sustain the ethos of the festival.
Any links you have though do help us when promoting what you’re doing.
How does the Festival help?
The Festival will run a series of events to help you create the most successful event it can.
All events are included in the festival brochure and online.
You can use our newsletter to post castings and opportunities.
